Apparently, at the Christmas Party, ETB and GoChief argue about weight and black dongs. Justin throws an empty bottle of Bushmills at them, which hits ETB in the temple. He dies.

The second building has a similar door, and JJ sends a certified letter demanding the door be changed to something else or he will sue. Eventually the door is removed, and no one can agree what kind of door to put in its place. We remain doorless to this day, with only an old NFL power ranking hanging by the entrance as a reminder of times gone by.
