What's your favorite type? I use a yogurt base, hummus or none. Not really a fan of any others.

I switch it up. Vinaigrette (just got this red pepper vinaigrette from whole foods, pretty legit), humus, yogurt based, tahini, sriracha, and caesar if i do a heavy dressing.

I like ranch. But my favorite is Russian. It's basically thicker French or at least that's what people say. I've never tried French.

I'm a fan of Blue Cheese. The Wife makes a nice homemade Blue Cheese and also different vinaigrettes including a Balsamic and Red Wine vinaigrette with oil. Just depends on what I'm eating for dinner.

Ranch or Thousand Island. Can't go wrong with mixing some hot sauce or BBQ sauce in the ranch either.

If I were in Nebraska, I'd choose Dorothy Lynch. One I've started to like a bit more is Parmesan Peppercorn.
