There's been some hum about 2-3 guys, but mostly some uncommitted FL recruits who actually had some mild interest in UK before, now being a bigger player. Who knows...

Dave Doeren celebrates MAC Championship for approximately 18 hours, takes NC State job.
Rod Carey (assistant) will coach NIU in bowl game, it appears. He may actually be promoted to head coach full time, we'll see. Details just starting to emerge.

Oh I know. Central Michigan did it twice in 4 seasons (Brian Kelly left after 2006 MAC title game, Butch Jones after 2009 - interestingly enough, both beat Ohio in the game, and both left for Cincinnati). Darrell Hazell is reportedly interviewing with Cal. Interesting choice since most of his experience is in the eastern parts of the U.S. I thought he'd be a good choice to fill an opening like Louisville if/when Charlie Strong leaves or the Boston College job.
