What is the qualification for "desired?" I'm not in favor of simply banning guns, but on the other hand, I'm not in favor of banning a plant. The majority of people are idiots, I'm not going to form my opinion based on their consensus.

Also, you have the personality of a doorknob.

My goodness, I wouldn't suggest you form your opinion based on other people's consensus.

I'm sorry I don't understand your question regarding qualification for desired.

It's clear the masses don't desire ridding guns in our society yet based on the lack of pressure on the legislators to do so. It takes the masses as opposed to a simple majority to change something this lasting constitutionally and culturally.

The problem is we already don't have the room for people that are supposed to be locked up. Imagine how many more would flood the jail system.

gosh of course people at this site prefer to use arbitrary power to answer the truth.
the majority of people re elected our African American President and rejected the gun fanatics of the NRA in the past election
now Carolyn mccarthy will begin the process of undoing the protection of gun nuts by introducing legislation outlawing high capacity clips.

I don't give a hoot about what goes on in the city....but I live in a rural area. There is a couple of acres between me and my neighbors...and if I have a problem and have to call the sheriff, I'd be lucky if he's here in 15 minutes. If somebody is going to break in to my place, I'm not going to get alot of help quickly....so those intruders are going to have to deal with me and Walther.
