The commanding lead is now at 13. It truly was men against boys as Massillon jumped out to a 34-7 lead before giving up a few scores in garbage time. The future looks extremely bright as our freshmen went undefeated and our combine grows larger each year.

You still have no shot at beating Iggy, Ed's, Colerain or any major D1 powerhouse. In fact Whitmer will come out of this region!

This post right here shows your ignorance....it was 27-14 at one point...and McKinley was down 8 with 4:30 left and the ball at the Massillon 25 yard line...if it wasn't for a bad play call on 3rd and 4 we could have very well been tied....week 12 it'll be a rematch and I am like to think the outcome will be different ...and classy of the Massillon students to come spray paint our school after they won...

I hope we do see you again in a couple of weeks. We may not call off the dogs next time and just continue the pounding after establishing a large lead instead of coasting to victory.

Many of the McKinley fans that I was sitting near said they wished that we were D2 this year. They said they just can't compete with us.

Having watched Massillon, St Eds and St Ign this year I would put Massillon at a distant third between them. I would love to see them bring home a real championship though instead of the fictional ones!

I was sitting there talking with my fellow Massillon fans about how loaded we should be in the future. We were talking about how our freshmen team was undefeated and our combine allows us to look at the top talent from multiple states. The McKinley fans sitting near us said it was a great thing that we will most likely be D2 under the new system since they can't compete with that.

Our loss was in week 2. We have so many new kids each year, that looking at week 2 in meaningless. Most of the kids did not even learn the system yet, and we still barely lost. Most of the kids had not even learned each other's names by that week.

lol.......Three of the teams on your list did not even survive the first round. Several others barely survived. During this time our Tigers scored 63 points which was easily the most impressive achievement of any of the D1 schools this week. We could have easily scored more, but we took it easy late in the game. It has been a long time since we did not have a game put away very early in the game. Next week should be easy since we get to play a team that we manhandled two weeks ago and have historically dominated.

I just see a repeat of two weeks ago when the game was decided by the second quarter.

The true power of Region 2 anymore is Whitmer. The Panthers crushed the #1 team in D2 by 42 and then Avon Lake brought their A game and still lost to em by 28. I expect the Panthers to make it 3 straight regional titles this year

I wasn't going to waste my time with a troll but check the record books only one time in five tries during the McKinley Massillon rivalry has a team won both the regular season and the playoff game... Historically whoever wins the bell goes home in the playoffs....you will be able to watch McKinley play Toledo Whitmer week 13 don't worry

You come talking crap on a Massillon thread, and I am the troll? If we want to at things historically, historically we dominate the series. Historically the regular season matchup has been more competitive in the years that we played again in the playoffs. Unless, you had McKinley +8.5, the scores in garbage time were meaningless.

It isn't just a Massillon thread when you ask if they can be beaten it opens it up to every team... Massillon doesn't have a real title so it shows they can be beaten and there is zero chance they win one this year we shall see how much you talk when Massillon goes home Saturday... Oh that's right your not even a real tigers fan your a nobody who's team probably can't make the playoffs so you have to come and talk about teams that can...

At least we know our Tigers are not the worst in the county in English.
