I'm surprised the Cavs only have $4mil in salary cap

I would be excited to see Oden on the Cavs. Kind of a homer pick since I'm an OSU fan and Cavs fan. But I really do think he can be a good NBA center.

All he needs to do is stay healthy. I really hope he makes it wherever he goes

We just took on additional salary via trade, but yeah, other than Varejao who is making any money on this team?

Ah it's Baron Davis. He was amnestied but still counts against the salary cap.

I thought being amnestied meant they got paid but didn't count against the cap.

That could be it. I'm not an expert on NBA financial matters. LJ might know.

Worth the risk if you're Cleveland. Huge potential.

He was a very good NBA center, when healthy.

His biggest thing obviously is staying healthy, but outside of that is getting his endurance up to stay on the court for about 30 MPG.

Waiters with another horrible game. Shot 6-10 had 15-2-2. What a bum.

I watched the game tonight from start to finish. Yeah...he can make dunk shots. Zero footers are high percentage, eh janitor? He was lucky to catch iron from outside. One of the worst perimeter shooters in the NBA. D player right now.

Why take jumpers when you can get to the rim? His jumper needs some work but its not nearly as bad as you would like it to be. He will be over 15 pts a game and 40% shooting by the end of the year, that's pretty damn solid for a NBA rookie.

"dunk shots"? sounds like something my grandma would say

Zero footers will only get him so far. If he doesn't develope a 1 footer soon he won't make it.

Was at the game last night....Orlando is terrible...jesus!

Anyhow, the Cavs young guys are coming along but they are very soft and get pushed around a lot.
