The Cavs did it last year with Zeller didnt they?Commander of Awesome;1397950 wrote:I cant think of a time in the NBA where that has actually happened. NBA isn't like the NFL.

Typically in the NBA you have to trade players to get picks. Most people that would trade a lottery pick don't want a package of picks in return unless its a lottery pick. You may get someone in the 10-14 range of the draft to move back but you'll have to give up a player they covet.

I mean really outside of TT, KI, DW and Zeller(assuming he adds some POUNDS), they can have the rest of the team.

I can't understand how Marshall is a 2nd rd prospect. He's a 7 footer that is athletic and a decent ft shooter. And very good defensively

Cavs need to tank and get otto porter. Badly

I love oladipo but I can't see the cavs taking him when we ready have a sg. They will definitely go the center/sf route

my guess is the lack of publicity and that he is a 4 year player. I dont know, though. His stock has been rising this year, hopefully it continues to rise.Crimson streak;1397999 wrote:I can't understand how Marshall is a 2nd rd prospect. Pretty awesome when 7 footers are making plays like this.

edit: NDSU has a pretty solid post player Bjourkland (sp). Anyways, their coach mentioned after the game that Zeke was the most dominant player they went up against this year. They've also played against Zeller at IU and Mbawke from Minny.

No way in hell would I take victor over otto. No way!!! Otto has a much higher ceiling in my opinion.

Otto is going to be a legit scorer in the league... I don't think Oladipo will be.

Yeah but Smith has better length to get the shots off. Curry was using different releases, trajectories and was just everywhere.

Agree but JR Smith is one of the most fun players to watch in the league

I see porter as a poor mans Durant. Long, lanky, can shoot from anywhere on the court.

I didn't post it last night but Brandon Knight returned from injury and had 32, 4 and 3. Pretty much owned John Wall, from the little highlights I saw.
Pretty legit win for the Clips winning at Indiana.

To throw this out there. I'll be in Vegas March 12-15. Usually once a year I'll make a prop bet on a single NBA team. I was thinking about taking Indiana, but they are at 15:1 and not great value. Thoughts on these to win it all?
Golden State +7000
Houston +12500
New York +2500
Only putting down like $25.
