Boozer sucks
[h=3]Sources: Bulls Most Likely To Extend Gibson, Eventually Amnesty Boozer[/h] Oct 17, 2012 1:01 PM EDT
The Chicago Bulls allowed Omer Asik to sign with the Houston Rockets last offseason, which increased the odds of the team signing Taj Gibson to an extension.
Sources say the most likely outcome for the Bulls will be to sign Gibson to an extension and eventually using the amnesty clause on Carlos Boozer in the future.
Gibson is already 27, as he entered the NBA at a relatively old age.

Rondo/Terry/Joseph
Bradley/Lee/Barbosa
Pierce/Green
Bass/Sullinger/Wilcox
KG/Darko/Collins/Melo
Celtics bench is a lot better than it was last year... I'll definitely trade losing Ray Allen & gain Jason Terry, Courtney Lee & Leandro Barbosa

I am really liking what the Celtics have done. Seems like there is a lot of talent there.

I use to hate the Celtics, but the Heat make it easy to root for them. Once KG has retired, they'll be easy to like again.
So I was watching "First Take" today (I know, that's my mistake) but they had John Calipari on talking college hoops so it was a change of pace from hearing about how the Yankees blow. I know that Skip Bayless is the way he is just to get ratings and people talking, but he had to have a discussion of whether or not Lebron really has turned the corner and can win more championships. Good God. Last season all we heard is whether Lebron will ever win a championship. This season, it'll be about can he do it again. For as much young and widespread talent the NBA has, you only hear about the same 4-5 players day-after-day.
I don't blame ESPN because if they're getting ratings, then why change. I blame the majority of NBA fans for having shit for brains and only caring about Lebron or the Lakers.

Dirk out 6 wks with knee scope. Really makes me wonder who might sneak into the playoffs now in the West. Mavs have to be on the bubble right? Anyone got a team that they think will take that step this season and make it in?

I know they made it last year, but Utah.
Also think that Phoenix has a shot if they can hang with the LA teams.

Watching Philadelphia vs. Brooklyn, and holy cow is everything black(aside from the players obvi). Uniforms and around the court and the on court colors in the paint and at center of the floor are all black. Floor aside from that is regular, but just never seen a game that seems so dark.

Johnny Flynn cut, I'm really surprised by that.
Also: Klay Thompson was voted by NBA general managers as the player most likely to have a breakout season in 12-13 with 13.3% of the vote.
James Harden was selected last season with 21.4% of the vote.
Kyrie Irving and Kawhi Leonard each received 10.0% of the vote this season, followed by Paul George and Harden again with 6.7% of the vote.

I'll say will. I love me some Thunder but to me Dwight is the ultimate difference maker because of his defensive prowess and the fact he is not relied on at all to score, but will be a great low post presence.Pick6;1301993 wrote:can or will?

Thomas Robinson over Dwight Howard. More impressive the more I watch it.
