It is unrealistic defensively to think you can keep giving up huge chunks of yards and not have them put points on the board. With 280 yards given up in the first half we are lucky they only got 10.

That said, it is time to let Jauron coach this team because his unit at least looks like it's NFL caliber. This offense continues to border on being unwatchable. That sitting on the ball stunt to end the half cost the team a touchdown because Patty Boy has a yellow streak running up his back.

Shurmur described Weeden and Richardson's first half effort as "Strong and Solid".

4.4 QB rating and under 3 yards a carry is solid in his world.
