No, the correct description would be concern that turned to panic when Obama put govt spending on steroids. Obama was supposed to fix the budget mess, not make it multiples worse. But actually the emergence of the Tea Party has it's roots to at least 2008 with the failure of Ron Paul's campaign and the laughable FairTax speel.

It's not a coincidence that Romney and McCain did 180's on abortion and gay marriage once close to the Republican nomination.

I seem to recall the roots of the tea party originating from that rant by the trader on CNBC. Maybe that's when Roger Ailes discovered them.

That's why Romney's campaign head mentioned the etch-a-sketch earlier this year. Today he brought out his replacement for the etch-a-sketch. A dry erase board.

It will be refreshing to get some real leadership in the White House as opposed to someone mainly concerned with posing for the camera, golfing, and hangin' with celebrities.

seem like a nice percentage for those that have to pay, oh and when we had them the national debt was under control
since we are talking about percentages when the national debt was 'under control'...what was the percentage of Americans that paid income tax in that period.

President Obama does say that everyone needs to pay their fair share. Everyone is an all inclusive word.

Except ..... "everyone" is not everyone, and "fair share" is not fair share.

16,000 new IRS agents will help with properly defining it.

Change we can believe in ....

IRS agents do not define "fair share" but rather they carry out and seek to enforce the laws provided to them.

+1. Everyone according to Obama is those making over $250k per year. He forgets the 50% that are currently paying nothing.
