This is not the first time for him either. I see a patern with gochiefs here and he needs to have mod status taken away and a basement ban. footwedge should have a basement ban too but being a mod you are held at a higher standard

Excellent. I would like a moderator to verify that this kind of behavior is okay so that I can go plague the forums calling everyone an asshole. Lord knows if I even use a swear word or reference a character from a children's book, I get the basement ban indefinitely.

From my perspective, while I'd agree with what McBurg said that mods should hold ourselves to higher standards than the average 'tard, it'd be hard to say what he typed was unwarranted, since Foot brought out the namecalling first.
