Lakers have informed one player that "he could be traded at any moment in a Bynum-Howard" deal.

My guess is Blake or Artest.

Gotta be Metta. No other PG on roster.

I'm not thrilled with the Kidd signing. I really, really hope they match any offer for Lin. Loved me some Linsanity last season.

If Orlando takes a deal where they have to take Metta they are retarded.

Lakers wouldn't do it.

My guess is Bynum and Metta for Howard Duhon/Hedo/Jrich.

I'd love to send them Blake for Duhon too.

Why? Clearly not in win now mode, expiring deal next year will make him a big trade asset.

They've basically said they are already in rebuilding mode. Bringing in a vet for 1 year won't hurt them.

And who the hell knows, he might decided to retire if he is in the deal lol.

He sucks, that's why they'd be stupid to take him.

lol ok.

If the Lakers are willing to part with Bynum, the Magic will take pretty much any deal. They WANT Bynum.

I hope the Wolves aren't wasting all this cap space thinking these players will get them over the top... giving Batum the max and now signing Roy...

I've seen $11-12 mil/yr for Batum, not nearly max, and it doesn't sound like he's going anywhere anyway.
"We appreciated the face-to-face meeting to get our message across," Olshey said. "And that message was that we intend to match any offer and we will not facilitate any sign-and-trade scenarios.

Dwight to Lakers talks really heating up now... Lakers no longer requiring him to sign an extension before they trade for him

Dislike.

I don't want a rent-a-player.

And, of course, now seeing all the tweets saying Dwight is willing to sign the extension with LA.

Mitch, you fucking animal, you.

Before everyone rips me for talking shit about Dwight before.

My feelings on him haven't changed. I think he is vastly overrated. But I think with some leadership(Kobe, Nash, Pau), he can thrive and really improve. Obviously, that ALL depends on his mental state.

A few people I follow are question how credible the guy is who had the "Nash and Kobe talked to Dwight and he will sign" news.

Kinda makes sense bc Kobe said he wouldn't recruit Dwight

I'm wondering if maybe Dwight made a phone call...

Might have. I mean what other option does he have? Rot in Orlando for another year?

The max is 4yr/58 mil, so yeah not quite the max.

Still, 4yr/48 mill is a good chunk.

I wanna see DH go to the Nets.

That way there are more good East teams to beat the heat.

If it weren't for DWade, I don't think I'd care about the Heat winning. His antics on the court piss me off as a basketball fan. I give no fucks about LeBron. He's great.
