People like lil wayne and drake for that matter. This is the worst rap "song" i've ever heard. Please try and prove me wrong.

You've obviously never heard of Lil' B.

Wayne sucks now. Drake, eh...I like some of his lines. And he cut Chris Brown so that counts for something.

I don't listen to either one. I am an old white guy from Wayne County, Ohio not much about their music is relatable for me.

I am with this guy, except I'd never live in Wayne County.

There are actually two mafia families there. The Yoderleones and the Cosa Swartzentrubers. Don't mistake them.

Drake is arguably one of the top two "rappers" out there right now (I would say just behind Kanye West, lyrically). As for the song, HYFR, I actually really LIKE it. I think it's a nice hit.

The bar is set so low for rap now that even garbage can become a "hit"....and this is true for pop music too.

K. Dot Lyrically > Both of those two you just mentioned (and I am a huge Kanye fan)

Drake is merely a punchline rapper.

Lil Wayne is actually pretty good at putting lyrics together. They're usually shallow as hell, which annoys me, but the lyrical structure is pretty good, actually.

But his voice makes me want to punch babies.

Gimme some Mos Def, Nujabes, DJ Deckstream, Illogic, or Aesop Roc over Drake or "Tune-cci" anyday.

Hip hop with some intelligence to it, and about more than just the 5 B's of rap (Blunts, Booze, Bitches, Benjamins, and Bentleys). Some social commentary about the problems or redeemable qualities in culture. Songs about appreciating life for what it is. Songs about respecting others.

THAT is hip hop worth listening it.
