In that case, you're using either a generalization fallacy or still the argumentum ad Hitlerum fallacy ... depending on some clarification. I'd still lean toward the latter, but sweeping "religion" with that wide a brush (being the cause of unjustifiable human casualties) is disingenuous, though I don't believe you mean it to be intentionally.
