I support Dusty on this one. He is an offensive replacement in the #9 spot that will keep the pitcher in the game should it be tied and go to extra innings. Especially important with all those pitchers used in the 7th and 8th.

The most important thing over the long haul of the season is to win series, especially at home. And the Reds didn't do that this week, losing two heartbreaking rubber games, and letting their lead in the division evaporate.

Important series coming up this week with Cleveland. Both teams at 32-27, and both no more than a half game out of their division leads.

There was a shitload of them. The ones in my section were not too bad. But if I had tickets in the left field seats, I probably would have gotten into a fight tonight.

I did tell one dude on the walk back to the car that his team may have won the series, but we win because at leastthe we don't have to go back home to Detroit.
