Paper clip ear picking

I’m at a friend business office talking and out of no where he picks up a paper clip and starts picking at his ear. WTF ….
I’m thinking back trying to remember if I have gotten anything lately from his office with a paper clip attached. Very distracting event…

What other “office or work related faux pas” are there?

A buddy of mine uses paperclips in his ears at the office all the time!

I will use pen caps to scratch my ears at time.

I do make sure to not let anyone borrow my pens with caps on them though, I always have 'push button' pens around to let them borrow.

That all sounds terribly painful. The only thing I'll stick in my ears are qtips.

I had a teacher that trimmed her toe and fingernails with scissors. Gross.

I have been known to clip my nails, using nail clippers in my office, toes too but its just me in here

I use keys to get my ears. Qtips suck, in my opinion. They don't do a good enough job of scratching the insides of my ears.
