I just received a NEG from Raw Dawgin' It. What. The. Fuck? Does the layperson now have access to the handing out of NEGS?

Heh, for some reason it permissions were set to allow those banned to the basement to neg. I fixed it.

I deleted all the negs he left but I'll probably end up negging all of you anyway for complaining. My negs are worth more than his negs, too. :thumbup:
