I hired in to the company I currently work for (full-time) during my 2nd year of college. I have more training/education than most people on here. This is getting too personal now....let's focus and get back on track.

Continuing education is imperative within the industry, especially for management. I'll be doing it for the next 25 years. It's not like being a teacher and once you get your degree you can just go out an molest children without having to learn anything new during your career.
