Do you already know what you want on the sleeves? I'm gradually doing my one. I get anxious as hell. I won't go anywhere besides my guy in Ohio and he doesn't work weekends, gotta book months in advance, and I'm 7 hours away. It's a process, but getting there. One more session and the filler and I'm completely done w/ 3/4 sleeve.

I'm kind of the same way. I only trust the guy who did mine and he's up in Cleveland so it's about an hour and a half. I already have both upper arms done so I'll just continue with the theme I already have going.

Dicks of every size shape and fashion then? I imagine you will be required to wear long sleeve shirts to work or really anywhere in public.

I wouldn't really be "required" to wear long sleeves to work since I'm part owner of the company but I'd do it out of respect for the other owners. Don't get the "anywhere in public" part though.

I got my one and only tattoo when I was 25. I will be getting another...sometime -- possibly next summer.

In regards to sleeves: my cousin's sleeve was 70 hours in numerous sittings.

saw a kid at the Tribe game the other day. looked to be 15 or 16 and had some words tatooed on the inside of his forearms. whats funny was he was with his gf and her family. definitely could tell she was with him because he didnt fit the mold of her family.

I was 21 or 22 for first one. A few months later for the second, but they're combined to look like one tattoo.

Next one was 23-24, then my 3rd (4th sitting) within the same year.

Upper back, below shirt line.
Left upper arm.
Right upper arm.

Getting back to kids - there might be a situation where I would agree to release a high-school age kid to be inked (My son considered having our first daughter's name done on his arm). Otherwise, they can make their own decision when they turn 18.

I have no problem with body art at all, by the way - it's not for me, but I don't judge people by appearances.

Didn't a mom get arrested in Texas for letting her son get a tattoo to honor his brother who had passed away. I don't have any but I do want one on my upper shoulder. My only true fear is needles ( had a dr give me a shot when I was 6 and he hit a nerve and I was paralyzed from below the waist for a week until it wore off) so I have to get over that first. My good friend got one on her ankle freshmen year of high school along with her mom and dad to honor her sister who passed.

I got my first one when I was 20. I now have 4. I'm trying to figure out what I want my next one to be. I've always wanted to get one on my forearm, but don't want to have to wear long sleeve shirts for work. Then I found these, http://www.tat2x.com/ink-armor-3-quarter-arm-white.html

So now I'm back to wanting my next one on my forearm.
