All I know is Azubuike has started the Reds game thread both losses, so he is banned from starting another game thread for awhile.

I know it is early....but how many starts will HB get to audition to be in the rotation? Bray should be able to be into form soon and throw back to back nights so that could eliminate needing Chapman. If Arredondo cannot throw strikes maybe a righty is needed in the BP.....

Way too early to make those decisions though.

I imagine stubbs will be LO. If not BP then whom? I guess Cozart could move up a spot, but sometimes if a guy is doing well ya leave him where he is

Bailey will get ample opportunity. He wasn't bad outside of the 1st inning last night, and the offense had every opportunity early to get back into the game. Hopefully Masset will get back soon.

I have always been a HB fan and supporter, but there is a time when "he wasnt bad outside of the XXX inning" excuse doesnt cut it. There are many ML pitchers throughout history who had that same downfall.

I always hate when a manager or reporter always says "one bad inning" or "one bad pitch". That is all it takes in the bigs to punch you ticket outta the league, or to the BP. I always HATE that one bad pitch mantra managers us. Ugh. He didnt throw just one bad pitch. He threw many bad pitches, it is just that other bad pitches maybe were swung and missed, fouled off, taken, or hit right at someone.

I am not ready to pull the plug on HB, but at some point he needs to get over that 'just one bad inning' thing ya know. That excuse doesnt cut it on a regular basis when you have bene in the league for a few years.

As I said.. I am a Bailey fan. I was just thinking out loud on how much time he will get. Most years it doesnt matter...but with a guy like Champan waiting in the wings.........

We had Fast Wily Taveras and now we have Fast Willy Harris.

I really get Dusty's logic. Harris is deemed not good enough to start on a regular day, but when he does start he gets moved to the lead off spot? Huh?

Do you have time warner? They should have an alternate FSOhio channel.

Think so, I thought the Beltran homer was a leadoff homer, but then they showed that Jay hit first.
