Just found it on fox sports Detroit...I thought NBC had sole rights to the playoffs?

Not in the first rounds if you are in the local market.

Weber might be suspended for the rest of the series after that headsmashing he did after. Wings looked sloppy tonight and bad officiating on both sides didn't help. Just a weird game

Maybe I should root for a sh*tty Cleveland team that blows d*ck instead like the rest of the peeps here?

That shot by Shea Weber was ridiculous. Glad the cameras caught it. He should be suspended, but I dont know if the whole series will happen.

Nah, just figured it bears repeating.

Also, Vancouver will be in trouble if they give up that many goals to the Kings on the regular. Can't wait for the goaltender controversy to start up there (has it already?)

Zetterberg instigated it - so he won't be. It's the playoffs, don't be so butthurt.

Also - LOL at Jordan Staal standing there like a dolt and letting the attacker come in the back side unguarded for the OT winner.

Lou had 35 saves - that's on the defense not him, no controversy.

I think that might be the case for the initial punch, which he kinda missed anyway. But then he took his head and slammed it into the glass. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

i think at the very most, he'd get 1 game. Personally, i'd rather him not get suspended and then the players can handle it themselves the next game. It'll just make for a more intense series.

I agree. 1 game tops. That whole series talk was ridiculous, imo.

EDIT: Ive always been a fan of the thought of starting the next game with a penalty. I actually think that is worse than a suspension (player quality pending obviously). I know that only works when there is a next game in the series, but why not???

That's an interesting thought for the playoffs - I think red wings fans will make a huge deal out of it, but honestly, it's in the heat of the moment and i think during the playoffs things like this should get a pass.
