money you save by not playing the lotto? The average person will spend $13 on the lotto this year. I will take that $13 and drink 2 beers.

I think you should be happy for Sleeper. Since he's spending that $13 on TWO beers, he finally got over his Bud love and is on his way to being a full-fledged beer snob like so many of the rest of us.

...the same thing I alwys do, keep it in the household cash flow for whatever we decide to use it on. It's not predetermined.

I have no concern for household cash flow. Im just not interested in it. Though, I do have quite a bit of household cash flow.
