The case involved someone that was pulled over for speeding and their car was searched. They found what they called "drug paraphanalia" which consisted of a set of scales and baggies but no drugs.......before the selections began they had some group questions and the one i remember was having everybody bow their heads and close their eyes and raise their hand if they had ever did drugs.........I really didnt think what they had was considered drug paraphanalia and should of stayed and got the guy off but I was a lot younger back then and really did not give a shit and also did not want to miss work......I heard later that they made a deal and it didnt go all the way to the jury giving a decisionjustincredible;1131036 wrote:Yeah, they may not like the answer but it would be 100% truth. Now, if the case was interesting I'd have no problem paying attention.

I take it those that raised their hands were dismissed. Hopefully I'm on a drug case.

I got Jury Duty once and then I mailed them a thing back saying I should be dismissed because I don't live in that county anymore.
I mailed in the form late and never heard from them again.
I probably have a warrant out for my arrest for contempt.
