New season started this week, I'll be watching the first episode back after a year long drought. Anyone watch it or MM fans on here?

Watched the first episode and thought it was kind of boring. I'll probably give it another try eventually.

The season premire was 2 episodes in 1 night. The first one was ehhh, ok, not great. It was a nice setup for the second, which more fit the Mad Men style.
I thought it set up nicely for the season, which seems to foreshadow that no one is happy, and that no matter what successes they have, in the end, it won't lead to happiness.
Don's relationship looks exactly like Roger's. Campbell's new home looks like Don's old one, and he is not happy with his place. Plus, Megan's comment that no one smiles are all jerks is pretty spot on.

It will be interesting, now that they are entering the period of the 60s we all think about when we think of the 60s, how they play off of it. The first epsiode seemed too cliche for me. I hope they don't take easy outs and make everything too cliche.

Still, I'm pretty excited to finally see my favorite show on TV.

Spot on ptown. Didn't even think about them basically becoming on another in the cycle. I wonder who will end up like Cooper lol.

Looked like a cameo by Colin Hanks in the opening scene as the priest, but wasn't sure. You think it was him?

I could see Roger becoming Cooper haha.

I didn't catch him, but wouldn't be surprised if Hanks made another appearance. The priest was a pretty important character in the development of Peggy.

Its not a show for eveyone. It was story and character development. No one liners and you have to pay attention. That counts out majority of TV watchers.

This isn't meant to be a jab, just not what most ppl are looking for in a TV show.
