If your argument is "it's 2012 not 1992" then why are we even having the race discussion? Why is Al Sharpton involved? Why is the media analyzing the audio to see if he said "fucking coon"? I don't think a conviction of 2nd degree murder is even eligible for the death penalty in Florida. I'm rather surprised that he was charged w/ 2nd degree murder. I thought a manslaughter charge was a sure thing. Maybe there is a smoking gun that we are unaware of?

If I'm Zimmerman, I just plead guilty to a lesser charge. Lord knows, we(and by we I mean white people, because we are no longer just Americans but racially separated) are f'd. There will be revenge killings and chaos everywhere if Zimmerman gets off scott free.

Because people cannot let this whole race thing go both black and white people. It is ruining our country! Al Sharpton gets paid off of the weak and ignorant black people that think that he is helping when he isn't. Where is this clown when black kids are killing black kids? No where because he can't make any money off of it. The media is as big of a joke as Sharpton. This is why he won't be found guilty...imo.Florida’s “stand your ground” law, which allows a person to use deadly force in self-defense when there is a reasonable belief of a threat and which does not require people to retreat.
