This is why he needs to be arrested. He needs to charged and then put before a jury of his peers to decide if he acted in self defense. Let the evidence tell the story rather than a bunch of emotional charged people who just want the guy dead, real christian like.

Not doubing you, and it probably is the reason he wasnt arrested at the start...but why did it take until recently before it was told to people?

That doesn't prove that he was attacked.

It could mean Zimmerman attacked Martin and Martin fought back.

Did anyone actually read what CNN is saying that from the police report that was leaked it showed Zimmerman's back was wet, covered in grass and bleeding from his face and back of his head. So it's obvious there was a scuffle and not some random shooting.

Yes I have read it, but I still don't think Zimmerman even had the right to continue following the kid (or continue to follow from the car to give police info until they arrive that is it, once he pursued him outside the vehicle that is where this went wrong) which led to the scuffle and shooting.

He was probably wrong for following him. Unfortunately in Florida you can shoot someone in self defense. Though if someone was banging my head into the cement and I had a gun he's getting shot.
