Should be a great day. Other than UK and maybe Baylor these are all toss ups.

I think Kentucky is the only lock. The 4/5 games are both solid, and Marquette/Murray State should be a good one too.

Much better lineup than Sunday. 1st round upsets are amazing, until the 2nd round. Xavier/Lehigh is probably the worst non-play game in tournament history.

Just to reiterate something about college basketball...CONFERENCES DON'T MATTER after selection Sunday. Every top 11 conference (I'm including the MVC, A-10, MWC, C-USA and WCC to round out the top 11 leagues this year) has lost at least 1 team.

ACC is 3-2, #2 seed and runner-up finisher, gone
B1G is 5-1, co-champion, gone
Big East is 6-3, two awful showings by WVU and UConn, Syracuse almost falling to a #16
SEC is 3-1, Alabama almost pulled it out
Pac 12 is 1-1, champion didn't even make it out of the play-in game
Big XII is 4-2, #2 seed, gone
MWC is 1-3, #2, 3 and 4 finishers and regular season co-champion, gone
A-10 is 2-2, both regular season champion and tournament champion, gone
WCC is 1-2, tournament champion ousted
MVC is 1-1, regular season champion is gone

It's cliche, but it REALLY IS all about the match ups.

ts just posted the schedule. Can you honestly tell me you think that lineup remotely compares to tomorrow's schedule? The most compelling match-ups are the 1-8/9 games.

Unfortunately, the last 3 games on Sunday are perfect for the evening. All 3 should help one fall asleep...Purdue, South Florida and Cincinnati all in primetime...zzz.

The Sun. Night games are all pushed to cable for that reason (because they are unattractive as fuck). CBS wants the night cleared out so they can show shitty reality shows.

They lucked out that the huge upsets happened Friday, because they can hide the very not sexy Sunday second round matchups on cable at night. I'll still be glued in Ohio/USF, so fuck all of you. :p

I'll definitely be watching anyway, I was just saying not pretend that Florida/Norfolk State is a more intriguing game than Florida/Missouri would have been.

Definitely worth it for the crazy shit that went down today, but moving forward the Saturday games are way better than Sunday in terms of relevance, no comparison.

This scheduling sucks. They should be more staggered throughout the day, there will be 30mins between the first and second games both of the next 2 days. No reason for that when you have 8 games.

I think they will pull it out. I look for them to play like they did against UC without Melo, Joseph needs to take over.

Agree that Joseph needs to step it up. You're a Senior for crying out loud....this is your last go-round. Southerland scoring like he did on Thursday would be huge. And KSU is gonna get second chances...but hopefully Syracuse doesn't get absolutely murdered by them on the boards.
