'Tis a shame that Clark Kellogg wasn't assigned Nashville. I would think that it would be something to announce your son's game. And don't give me this nonsense that it wouldn't be in the best interest of the network, John Thompson II does the radio broadcast for his son's (coach of Georgetown) games quite often.

Harlan is solid. I actually think Reggie knows his stuff, but him and Elmore are both tough to listen to.

Damn. Bummer for Clarke.

Oh and I hate listening to Reggie miller. He will be talking about his ucla or pacer days the whole time. He's terrible.

They should really bring Kareem Abdul-Jabbar back. In comparison to a barbiturate, Kareem could really light a fire under a TV audience.

It's also too bad that Jay Bilas is not doing any NCAA games this year (I don't think he did any last year, either, after the integration of the TNT and NBA guys). He works well with Bill Raftery and brings that refreshing flavor of sarcastic humor to the NCAA that made Bill Walton so successful during his NBA run with NBC in the '90s. Speaking of Walton, he would be a great choice to return to the NCAAs as well. Don't believe he's done it since 2002 or 2003, but Walton with Marv Albert and Steve Kerr would be excellent.
