Health food what a joke: I eat fresh fruit and vegetables, seldom anything in a can or frozen (with the exception of soups). I do avoid fast food but love Wendy fries and milk shake to dip them in. Cook with olive oil and eat what I want, when I want with the understanding of small proportions. Eat a good breakfast when I can, sometimes lunch if I have a time and enjoy good quality and or fine dinning for dinner.
