Here's an ungraded going for $30 so far: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1986-topps-Jerry-Rice-ROOKIE-card-sharp-crisp-corners-/180826972932?pt=US_Football&hash=item2a1a20a304#ht_500wt_1188

A gem mint 10 from PSA or BVG bring big bucks.

I wonder if they actually sell them? That card has never been worth that much.

I would be interested in seeing a list of all the Reds cards you had.
I found a few 60's Reds, nothing from your list.

Do you have the #32 Sophomore Stalwarts.

There is no telling how much someone is will to pay for a gem mint 10 graded card. The higher profile the player, the bigger the premium people will pay.

Take this 1987 Fleer Larkin RC for example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1987-Fleer-204-Barry-Larkin-PSA-10-GEM-MINT-rookie-card-/200716336784?pt=US_Baseball&hash=item2ebba03e90#ht_500wt_1182

It sold for $108. Book value is $10, typical sell value for an ungraded card is a couple bucks. So it ended up selling for almost 11x the BV and while he's a HOFer he isn't nearly of the same status as Jerry Rice.

The book value on the Rice RC is $60 so it doesn't surprise me at all that a 10 would sell for $2k+.

I do. Do you have either the Brooks Lawrence or Don Newcombe? If so, what condition are they? They are the two cards I currently have that are a little below my condition standard for the set.

Well you are of no use to me. :)

Got any other years? The only other vintage Reds I have are a few Nuxhall's and two from the 1958 set (Jerry Lynch and I can't remember the other, picked them up for $2/each in PHX).

Center and handled/slightly worn corners. I'm not your mint graded guy.

I don't care about mint, I just like to stay above EX if possible.

How does your Hobie compare to this one:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1954-Bowman-220-Hobie-Landrith-RC-VG-VGEX-F142903-/120852780465?pt=US_Baseball&hash=item1c236315b1#ht_816wt_1173

How does your McMillan compare to this one:

Frank Robinson, Bill Henry, and Whitey Lockman are the ones I have duplicates of. The Whitey Lockman has a fold in a corner but the other two are in decent shape. When the girl gets home I will get some pics for you.

I have had this card for awhile. I was thinking about giving it away, or just throwing it away. Seems useless.
