This dinner was an absolute incredible dinner.
Probably one of the best I have ever had.
The chicken was preserved, but it was based on real chicken and tasted just like it.
On the link I posted, there is a picture of my meal.
It shows the whole meal.
Just before I began eating, the guy who made my meal spoke about how he made it and what it is which is the first time I have ever seen that happen.
He told about how he used actual vegetables from his garden instead of frozen vegetables.
Yes his speech impediment showed with some of his dialog throughout the entire time he talked but it did not matter. It was a very moving and powerful speech.
One thing I got to say.
I always knew chefs were good at cooking and I had a great deal of respect for them but it has increased.
Did not think that could have been possible.
I am so glad they are on our side.
Tonight i'm going to have fish, I will start that thread tomorrow.
