Pitchers and catchers report this weekend! Fire up the random chatter for this season.
I'm ... worried, excited, and hopeful about the 2012 Red Sox. Worried because they don't have a set rotation yet, and have a new manager, excited because I won't have to watch Fatty McLackey sweat on the mound and hopeful that Crawford will be better in year #2 than year #1, and Valentine will right the ship in the clubhouse, and we won't have bad Papelbon show up in any games against the O's this year.

IMO the Red Sox will finish 3rd in the division and miss the playoffs. Bobby Valentine is an f***in nutcase and despite success with the Mets, his bosses have always hated him everywhere he goes. Thats what I figured. Ackley killed it for me in fantasy. I snagged him 2 days before the call up. If Figgins an get back to his solid OBP, that is a formidable top 3. Though, no power really at all.pnhasbeen;1093696 wrote:chone figgins and dustin ackley.

Also, the NL central just got a bit more interesting. I had the Reds, and probably still do, but this is big for the Brew crew.
