Orioles lose an exhibition game to a Community college. Orioles used some of their starters for a few at bats each. Lost 2-1

I have become a fan of Justin Verlander over the years, but with Rod Allen slobbing on his knob(and every knob of a Tigers player) it really makes it easy to root against him.
Of course all national games today are local games and blacked out. Free preview of the baseball will have to do, I guess.

Verlander's great day (8 IP, 7 K, 2 H, 0 ER) just got blown by Valverde as the Red Sox score two in the top of the 9th to tie the game. Valverde's first blown save since September 2010.

Yeah, I know. Got a W for my fantasy team. I was so pissed when I drafted him (but I draft without bias) cause he is my least favorite pitcher in baseball, dating back to Houston. Volquez was worse than his stats. He had a meltdown. Walked 3 in a row, walked in a run, had 2 wild pitches. Sure, his numbers didn't end up bad, but I saw some of it on MLB Extra Innings free preview and he was the same guy. Head case...no ability to buckle down when needed.
