Nice start to get off to when you're a free agent at the end of the season.

I would be scared to death to give him the money, but he is just too good to let go. He is a one man wrecking crew out there.

Tied Joe Adcock if I remember correctly. Joe played a few with the tribe back in the day.

And the Phillies blow another lead. Damn this bullpen is horrible. When they get a lead with this offense in the later innings they have to win these ones.

Jesus, in the same game..

Orioles went back to back to back to star the game, first AL team to do that.

Orioles first team since 1920 to have 5+ hits in a game all be HRs

Rangers pitcher first since 1918 to give up 5 HRs and strike out 12 players in a game.

And that was all after last night Hamilton hitting 4 HRs lol

And Hamilton hit a pretty long HR. 6th in 3 days I believe.

Wow Detroit is piling it on right now. 10-2 over Oakland in the Bottom of the 5th. Boy when that offense is hot it's hot

Truth. They need to get Chapman in there badly. I like Leake but he just isn't getting it done right now.

Chapman may be the best releiver in the game right now. Much like Feliz was, if they can start, its a waste to have them in the pen.

.410 (1st), 17 HR (1st), 40 RBI (1st)

If he stays healthy and high, he could be in for a triple crown year.

He could go .360/50/125 and I wouldn't be a bit surprised

edit---lol at the subtle jab

If he hits 50 HR, Ill be shocked if he is less than 140 RBI. Texas offense just has too many people. Thats 33 more RBI for solo, and in Texas, he will hit his fair share of 2 and 3 run HRs.

Hamilton is red hot right now.

He is in a zone right now I really have only ever seen Bonds get into in that 2001-04 run where he was otherworldly at the plate.

I wonder how long it is until Hamilton starts getting the bonds treatment with the intentional walks.

He will get some, but not like Bonds. Because Bonds had no one else in the line-up. You put Rangers on for free, your gonna lose.

......But maybe not as bad as pitching to Hamilton.
