5x the price? A six pack of Bud Light runs roughly $6. I can get a six pack of something else, that tastes better and has more alcohol content for $8. Now I know you don't need math at your job...you just have to press the key with the picture of the Big Mac and the picture of the Fries on it. But $6 x 5 =/= $8

You should address this statement, every time, with IMO. Tastes better is opinion based, you are stating it as fact, that makes you wrong. How does that feel?

While you are doing that, look up the definition of hyperbole. I use it often, and I don't particularly hide the fact that I use it immensely to prove a point. Enjoy!

It sounds like when you think Mexican food, you think Taco Bell, i.e. the watered down American version of something else. Believe it or not beer was not invented in America, nor is the macro beer produced today anything like what the beer forefathers created. It is watered down to appease the lowest common denominator. Apparently a lot of people drink it because it is cheap. All the power to them to choose that form of beer.</SPAN>

I agree. America did not invent beer. It perfected it. Just like America did not invent a lot of things, yet somehow perfected it. That's what makes America great, world's greatest country, which you seemingly disagree with. I can't take anyone seriously who doesn't believe that America is the best country on the planet.

To me, a beer is pretty much a beer. If I'm watching football or basketball down at the local watering hole, I like a light, fairly fat free beer and Bud Lite is just fine for those purposes. I don't like Miller Lite, but to each his/her own. :)

Pretty patriotic statement from someone who doesn't even support American companies with his choice of beer. Terrorist prick.

Welcome to a global economy. My point is still valid, America designed Bud Light, and foreigners found it be a investment and threw a ton of cash to have it in their portfolio.

Win-win for Americans. We still get to drink Bud Light.

Isn't Bud Light pretty much the same as Miller Light?

Actually I've had this before, but it was back in the 90's. It was called Bud Ice back then when the 6% Ice Beer craze was happening.

I'm wondering why they have the name Light in it. It isn't a Light beer if at 6%. I guess Light is just an advertising word for In Bev's Bud...or Light as in the flavor is Light.

Yeah. I can get it for the same as Miller and what...same or less than Bud. It's better than both of those, but not on the level of your more expensive stuff.

Budweiser fans also like Dale jr and say he's the best just because he sells the most tshirts.
Amongst theirs peers, Dale and Bud are not considered anywhere near the best.

Yes, I can easily tell the difference as well. Of the 3, I'd rank them Coors, Bud, Miller...

I really can not stand the taste of Miller Lite.

When I think of Bud Lite, I think of Big Mac, Dancing with the starts, Toyota Camry, and Lady Gaga. Certainly the most popular, but not for me.
