This is terrible, but I'd be willing to bet if you only ate one food for your entire life, even healthy food, you would get sick too.

In all honesty, I don't know how a person could eat one food for a really extended period of time. I can't think of a single food, even my personal favorites, that I could eat that consistently without getting sick of it and eventually disgusted by it.

Yeah, but there's so many ways to cook steak and season it that something like that has a lot more shelf-life, in my opinion, than fucking processed chicken mush. I mean, yeah, McD's has a few kinds of dippin' sauce, but still...

according to what i heard on the radio, breast milk is the only thing that could sustain you if its all you ate. they read some study, dont remember what though.

I will say this....i would think that if a kid only ate the same thing their whole life i would expect them to have issues....almost no matter what it was.

I would th ink if the kid ate nothing but apples every meal for every day that she would be messsed up too.
