I read the same comments. They are dominating ratings, but are they CLASSIFIED as the D.C. market? That is where the money comes from with the subscribers. The BTN doesn't care about viewers, they care about how many people they get to charge subscriber fees for, for being in the "home market". Even if people in D.C. wanna watch VT, that doesn't mean they have to be classified as being "home market" being 270 miles away.
