I think he gets big fights easier because he announces for the wec. I cant see him getting two title shots before diego sanchez got 1. You guys are prolly right about Hamill but you have to remember he may have got the win over Jones but he also got jobbed by the judges against Bisping for one of his 2 losses. I tried to leave guys like Bader and Phil Davis off because they are undefeated and working their way through the ranks.
You just lost all credibility, after Florian lost to Sherk he had to win 6 fights in a row to get a 2nd title shot.
Sanchez is 9-4 since TUF, big difference than 11-2. Also, he got a LW title shot after just 2 fights at LW, so really Sanchez got his LW title shot faster than Florian. Florian's 1st title shot came after 3 wins at LW, his 2nd came after 6 consecutive wins at LW. So Sanchez's only 2 wins at LW before getting a title shot would be showing favortism to Sanchez in your logic.
Oh, and I didn't see Fedor on your original list. Anyone who says he's overrated has only been watching MMA/UFC for the last couple years.
Fedor, while probably overhyped (as in hasn't fought the best competition the last 2 years) is not overrated.

I'm officially a big time fan of gerald harris. that was a great fight, an awesome KO and a classy move not wailing on him once he was out.
as for overrated UFC'ers:
Duffee, koschek, bisping (though i still like him), alves,

I don't think Koscheck or Alves are over rated.

UFC 118’s James Toney plans to KO Randy Couture, defend boxing titles shortly after:
http://sports.yahoo.com/mma/news;_ylt=AmnUT8BYpXQZZF2PArqtxHo9Eo14?slug=mmajunkie-James_Toney_plans_KO_Randy_Couture
I am very intrigued by this matchup. The only thing that worries me is that Randy will get caught right off the bat coming in at Toney and possibly get KO'd, that IMO is the only way Toney has a shot. If Randy closes the gap and puts him up against the cage and or takes him down, its all over!!

For some reason I think Randy will destroy him.

I have watched the UFC since it has been around. Back in the day Fedor was amazing but the level of competition has stepped up so much in the last 3-5 years. Since that time Fedor hasn't beat or even fought anyone from the new class of MMA stars. Brett Rodgers, Andrei Arlovski, Tim Sylvia, Matt Lindland, Hong Man Choi, Mark Hunt couldn't beat any of the top 5 guys at heavyweight in the UFC right now. Fedor dominated heavyweight for a long time but as MMA evolved and became the sport it is today guys have caught up to him. Fedor is past him prime and lost his last fight and didn't look great against Brett Rodgers. Now if Fedor was still in his prime he could give anyone including Brock, Carwin, and Cain a run for their money but if he fought them today I put my money against him. He is over rated because he was ranked number 1 in the world for so long when guys like St Pierre and Silva have dominated in bigger fashion against better opponents then Fedor. He might still be in the top 10 in the world but no where near the top everyone wants to put him at. Like I said before you guys are probably right about Florian I think that division is just weak as a whole and I dont consider wins over Clay Guida, Stout, Lauzon, Huerta (who has lost 3 of his last 4), as beating great guys. Now I will believe he is the real deal and a top notch challenger if he can beat Gray Maynard, BJ, or Edgar.

Carwin is an idiot. Lesnar didn't even attempt to disguise what he was trying to do and Shane did nothing to impede the submission attempt.

Carwin had nothing left in the tank to defend himself from the submission. Anyone can punch themselves out.

Carwin at that point was dead, he couldn't have stopped it if he wanted too!!

Which is a stupid strategy. When he wasn't landing many of the ten million punches he was throwing from on top of Lesnar he should have slowed down and been smart about it.

Worst thing is, an arm triangle is ridiculously easy to defend, even if its locked. All you do is "answer the phone" as we call it. He's supposed to be a purple belt in BJJ, I have a LOT of trouble buying that, as he did nothing to avoid the triangle attempt...nothing what so ever,.

Yeah, Carwin's ground game is now very suspect.

I believe Carwin was so dead he couldn't lift his arm up to defend it nor wanted to, he new he was done so he went with it!

I'm hearing rumblings of a Belfort/Bisping fight at UFC 120. I have a hard believing it though.

l hope Koscheck pulls out a W against GSP but it won't happen. I think Penn regains his title, Shogun retains his, and Silva wipes the floor with Sonnen.

I hope Penn just demolishes Edgar and I hope Shogun retains as well. Koscheck and GSP both can be pretty boring at times so I don't quite know who I want to win. Koscheck is a douche though so...
Silva will win.
Silva will win.

Gray Maynard, really? You place GM above Florian right now?
I think Florian, matchup wise, loses to BJ 9 times out of 10, but again, due to matchups, beats Edgar 7 out of 10. Florian can match speed with Frankie and has much better technical standup than Frankie.
I don't think GM, while probably 4th in the UFC LW division, is as good as the top 3.
I know he beat Edgar in a "wrestling" match decision, but GM just goes to decision in EVERY match. I mean he can't even finish guys that aren't that good (Dennis Siver, Rich Clementi, Jim Miller, etc).
GM is a great wrestler, probably the best wrestler in the LW division right now of the UFC, but his MMA game would get beat by both BJ and Florian IMO.
