I thought Machida won a close one but if ANYONE has no right to complain its Machida after the first Shogun fight.

Sucks that the Zombie hurt his shoulder, he may have had an opportunity late since Aldo is known to fade. I'd like to see Aldo fight Lamas or vacate the title and move to 155. Would be cool to have a mini 145 tournament like they did for 125lbs.

Yeah Aldo has been talking about moving to 155 for a while now, weight cut might be getting to be too much for him.

Yeah most felt like he lost that fight but I thought he definitely got robbed against Rampage and Phil Davis, neither of them landed anything clean. His game is hard to judge because he is so great defensively and he's all about landed clean technical strikes just at low volume so if he doesn't KO the guy it's going to be close some times. He's so different I almost feel like the judges have a hard time scoring him.

or maybe he could stop relying on being a counter striker the entire time? Between Rampage, Hendo, and Davis, i have no interest in who he fights next. I will say, I still think he has the best shot at 205 against jones because of his awkward counter style. I'm just not interested in watching him anymore.

I understand that but should a wrestler not try to take people down? I mean you can't just change who you are overnight, maybe mix in a little more grappling might help. I actually enjoyed the Davis fight, thought it was a technical clash of styles.

WSOF 4 tonight on NBC sports network at 10:30, pretty good card. One armed Nick Newell makes his debut.

Fab did you see Lance Palmer is going to be competing in a ppv wrestling match soon. I think he's wrestling Jordan Oliver. Ben askren is rumored to also be taking part. They are gonna try a new format to help save wrestling in the Olympics.

Yeah he fights Lew Polley, who trains at Blackhouse. He also missed weight by 32 pounds last week and was released from WSOF lol

Eddie Alvarez resigns with Bellator and will rematch Michael Chandler as the co main event on the Tito-Rampage PPV. I've heard a rumor that a stipulation of the contract is that is Eddie wins he has to stay but if he loses he can leave the promotion like he wanted to, weird.

Also, only a few days away from a ridiculously stacked free card as Fox Sports 1 launches. No deals with Time Warner, Comcast or Directv though yet, they has better get that shit done!

In other words, the real main event as opposed to the "past their prime guys with big names so Bellator's sucking them off for any publicity they can get" main event.

ahh my head might explode lol but that fight makes zero sense at all, stupid. The Machida-Belfort fight that they were talking about would be awesome, not this.

Diaz would get destroyed by Machida.
