I don't know if I will be able to see it. Traveling to Ohio this weekend and will be attending a party that night so I am hoping they have it on, if not someone can post a link that would rock as I'll have my laptop with me.

Wow it's a solid card for me but I understand your circumstances. I'm sure Crosby will have a link.

Can't wait for the card this weekend, so many great match ups. Keep your eye on Palhares on the prelims, dude is a monster. That Ross Pearson and Barboza match up has fight of the night written all over it.

Plus there is a huge amount of history and tradition, first time since 98 that the UFC has been to Brazil.

The Animated tales of Chael Sonnen. This is the funniest thing I've ever seen.

As for the links, when they come out I'll hook you all up with them

Anyway, how do you see him beating Koscheck?
The fact that he is 50 lbs heavier. Koshcheck has better overall skills, but at this level 50 lbs is a HUGE difference.
Bonnar beats Koscheck if they ever fight.

Well, in the mythical world where he could make 185, he'd be greatly depleted and certainly wouldn't have a 50 lb advantage come fight time. But regardless, you didn't answer the question, how specifically do you see him winning? KO, submission? Does he take Koscheck down? Does he defend the takedown and out strike Koscheck?jmog;870976 wrote:The fact that he is 50 lbs heavier. Koshcheck has better overall skills, but at this level 50 lbs is a HUGE difference.

I would pick the latter, I think Koscheck's stand up is overrated besides the power in his right hand.

What are everyone's picks for this weekend? I like:
Silva by KO
Shogun by TKO
Nogueira by Submission
Barboza by Decision
Luiz Cane by TKO

I concur. Schaub/Big Nog is the only one I'm not sure about.

I could see Shaub knocking Big Nog out due to him being off for 15 months, but I think experience will allow him to get the W. Also, Shogun isn't coming off a huge layoff or another knee surgery and he has been tremendous every time he has been healthy and not coming off a layoff. I could see Forest winning again but I think Shogun will be sharp and will beat Forest up on the feet.

Sliva by KO
Shogun by UD I think as well, depends on which Rua and Griffin show up!
Schaub by UD
Cane TKO
I'll take Barboza just not sure how

Yeah, weird thinking that Big Nog has been out that long. Seems like he has fought in the past year. If he is old form I can see him submitting Schaub.
