What if Tim Tebow was gay?

With all the talk of Tebow possibly being gay, what would happen to his image if it were true?

1. Would all the holy rollers abandon him or would they all embrace the gay lifestyle as being normal since Tebow is their hero?
2. What would the media do, since they are the ones that created this monster.
3. Would the media be willing to change the term "Tebowing" to "Teblowing" if he were gay?


This speculation is starting to spread all over the internet and it is only a matter of time before something shocking comes out.

The media would cover it the same way. Our political board would love it because they chould start 1035480904 threads about liberal bias being why they cover a gay guy.

The media would still love him. But the word "adversity" would be used a lot more. The religious fanatics would bail instantly, because loving god and loving the peen are mutually exclusive. Football fans would still think he sucks as a QB, but a lot more fun would be poked at Broncos fans about the gay thing because football fans like to pretend that they're all macho badasses because they watch a contact sport. And Brady Quinn would suddenly be under a lot more scrutiny.

It would matter if he were gay. Being gay isn't the issue with "holly rollers". Acting on it is. He has stated that he isn't sexually active so why would anything change if he were gay?

If he was gay, it would violate his Christian beliefs. So, either 1) He's not gay, or 2) He's a liar. If it ends up being #2, I'd lose respect for him and no longer root for him. (not because of the gay part, but because of the lying and mis-representing his Christian beliefs)... but I don't think he's gay, so I don't think we'll have to worry about that.

If he "was" gay then it'd all be in the past, and apparently he would now be straight.

However, if Tim Tebow "were" gay, then that'd be interesting as locker room's of professional sports are notoriously unforgiving when it comes to that issue.

It would change the current majority of religious based opinions, though. And, then it's over.
