Last night working at home, eating my dinner at my desk the unthinkable happen. I dropped my wireless mouse into the sauce container of my Sweet and Sour Chicken. What a mess!</SPAN>
Drop, splash and everywhere …. One dead mouse, sticky keyboard (sure some OC individual have sticky keyboard is normal ) and one big red mess on the papers and documents mofo Chinese.:D </SPAN>

What mouse, keyboard or laptop spillage have you done? </SPAN>

I've gone through about three keyboards due to spilling too many alcoholic beverages into them. I'm not proud.

I've never spilled anything on any of my computers. Ever. I did drop my iPod Touch a few years ago and shattered the screen.

Beer into/on my laptop.

No computer mishaps for me but I did drop my cell phone in a puddle of water about 10 minutes after buying it. Luckily it was okay.

Cell phone in pants pocket, threw in laundry, went through washing machine....new phone next day :(

I spilled water on my laptop keyboard almost 3 weeks ago. Its only about 5 months old, so I was pretty upset especially since I paid for it and I'm absolutely broke right now. Still, I put it in a box of rice for 5 days, booted it up just for the hell of it, and it worked like nothing was wrong! Needless to say, I got super lucky.

Mostly hairs, boogers and semen in between my keys. But mostly the semen. I can't even use my spacebar there's so much cum locking it down...

I have a laptop, so spillage on the keyboard is a big issue. I do eat while using it and have from time to time had mustard, bbq sauce, etc fall from what I'm eating, but nothing serious.

As for my mouse, nope. I do drop it like crazy and the cover for the battery keeps popping off now. But, that thing is rugged.

My wife, though, dropped a phone in a cup of pop from a fast food place. She didn't realize it because she had stopped drinking from it and a few hours later was wondering where her phone was to make a call. The phone was dead.

Cell phone through the washer - it was done. MP3 Player through the washer - it came back and worked fine after about a week.

Also spilled beer on my parents keyboard while in high school. The "L" was iffy after, which made for a funny moment when my dad was trying to put the word "clocks" into a document.

I spilled an entire McD's Large Ice Tea cup full of ice water on my laptop keyboard. Dried what I could and turned it upside down overnight so hopefully the other water would run out. Still works great.

No problems with my stuff....but on a weekend tourney trip my daughter's friend/teammate splashed us adults outside the poola little too much purposely and once she got out and dried off she wrapped her towel around her and walked by....me being mature pushed her in and all you could see was a glow in the pool....damn....had to use my upgrade and her new phone cost me $85
