Don't shoot the messenger-lol...I heard this on 700WLW today and was just passing it on--I'm not Snopes, brother (and btw, the first one is true as well)

Jay Crawford reported on First Take this morning on ESPN that the final hour of the Broncos/Steelers game received a 31.6 rating.

Tell me that is not a little coincidental, with Tebow having thrown for 316 yards, averaging 31.6 yards per completion.

Haha, I wasn't, and I knew the first one didn't need to be fact checked but wanted to see about the other two. Didn't want people to start spreading it and it not be true!

The win also kicked in a $250,000 incentive in Tebow's contract. Pretty good day for him.

That does appear to be true, but it was the final quarter-hour rating. Either way though, good stuff.

Also, this is pretty good as well.

I have always believed that God has more important things to do than concern himself over a sporting event, but maybe I have been wrong.

You're not wrong. However, you will have 53943048739047305 clumsily forced "signs" of divine intervention to deal with over the next few days.

My final class today was a group of 21 fourth grade students. As the students were walking in (I was outside the door talking to the classroom teacher).....I turn around, open up the door and saw 18 kids in a perfect Tebow formation.

Good Stuff.

Then I made them jog 3.16 miles.

No they were two hardcore age 10 Steelers fans and one kid that was worried about hurting my feelings.

It was pretty cool to be honest.

Best internet post of the day regarding Tim Tebow.....

I haven't seen this much fuss over a white bronco since O.J. drove one.
