Not much talk about the ladies teams! Smithville is having a great season, 10-0 overall and 6-0 in league play.
double digit wins, in all 10 games.

Smithies are the class of the league and will be for at least one more year. Rittman at the bottom and the other six playing for 2-7. Some nice young players in the league though from several schools.

Probably not much talk because nobody cares. Norwayne could be better but coach from previous 4 years and his assistant for the first 3 of those 4 years ran kids off and pretty much destroyed the program...:o

Norwayne has a couple nice players, I hope for the best for them, the previous coach from the last 4 years ran it into the ground.

Mike Miller does a great job with those girls in Smithville. Never seems to be a rebuilding year over there, just reloading.

The WCAL has some great coaches at Smithville, NW and Chippewa. Dalton, Norwayne and Hillsdale seem to always do well with what they have.

Will be an exciting sectionals and district this year. Manchester has moved up to II and Dalton will be at our district. Some quality teams in Smithville, Orrville, Northwestern and 5 or 6 that can beat you on any night (Dalton, Chippewa, Waynedale, Loudonville, Hillsdale and CCC). Expecting Orrville and Smithville to be in the finals, but you never know.

Coach Miller is one of the best high school coaches in the state. He pushes his kids hard and they respond. Every kid should get the chance to play for a guy like this but sadly few ever will.

Great season Smithies. My Bears need some changes just to compete in this league. Most girls will never get to play for someone the caliber of Coach Miller.
