There's no doubt his committment was last, for that very reason. ESPN knew he was going to Alabama, as did pretty much everyone else. Though I don't think they did it because they were trying to find hype for the NCG game. They likely just wanted to keep people interested in the boring ass UA game.

Please. The guy has 2 national titles. Is in another title game this year. Dominating recruiting? Not sure there is such a thing. Recruiting is far from a science. These recruiting sites are what they are. And they are about money. Yes, Saban in bringing in talent, no question. But there is A LOT of talent in the country. He isn't getting it all. There are a handful of other programs bring in quite a bit of talent as well. And, you can only put 22 players on the field as well.
