I feel bad saying it. But Klein was terrible anyway. If he's gone, they won't miss him at all.

I don't feel bad saying it at all. This could be addition by subtraction. They could put a mailbox at linebacker and it would cover more ground than Klein.Midstate01;1220329 wrote:I feel bad saying it. But Klein was terrible anyway. If he's gone, they won't miss him at all.

If he is so bad why did he start 10 games last year? Was everyone else hurt?

Coaches were morons. They had injuries. Recruiting was weak. Should I keep going?
Still inexplicable that Shazier had to stand by Fickell while Klein struggled all year long

I never get on here anymore and I tried to find the archive from two years ago when I said Klein should "never see the field"...so to all the Licking Cnty Hill -Jacks that ripped me, let me say "I TOLD YOU SO!" Another example of Tressel's incompetence, signing a HS farm league phenom that really should have gone to play at some school like West Liberty U at best.

So what you are saying is..... you are going to take the actions of a few posters from 2 years ago (most of then who probably don't even post any longer), rip an entire community and county (not Cnty), and make yourself sound like an angry troll in the process of doing this? Just so you can get an "I told you so" jab in on them?Tiernan;1221357 wrote:I never get on here anymore and I tried to find the archive from two years ago when I said Klein should "never see the field"...so to all the Licking Cnty Hill -Jacks that ripped me, let me say "I TOLD YOU SO!" http://www.buckeyextra.com/content/blogs/blogging-the-buckeyes/2012/07/details-of-klein-incident-revealed.html?tw_p=twt
The incident that resulted in Storm Klein’s dismissal from the Ohio State football team was an altercation with the mother of their child that allegedly included him grabbing and hitting her head on the front door of his apartment, according to information in a police report obtained by the Dispatch.
The alleged victim stated that Klein “violently and purposely grabbed” her by the forearms and slammed her into the front door, causing an abrasion and swelling to the left side of her forehead and scrapes on both of her forearms.
The incident occurred Friday, and Klein was charged with domestic violence and assault.
Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer dismissed the Klein from the team the next day. In a statement released by Ohio State, Meyer said the senior’s status would be re-evaluated if there were any changes in the charges against him.
Klein, a Newark native, started 10 games last year at middle linebacker for Ohio State. But sophomore Curtis Grant, a five-star recruit, took over the starting spot in spring practice.

He would have been better off committing 1000 other crimes instead of hitting a girl while he was on Meyer's team. That is one of the first hand rules that boots you off his team.

Good. I hope he goes to prison and finds out he's not all that tough.Speedofsand;1222810 wrote:He would have been better off committing 1000 other crimes instead of hitting a girl while he was on Meyer's team. That is one of the first hand rules that boots you off his team.

He wasn't that bad. The guy was a four star recruit on both scout and rivals. He didn't turn out great but don't act like Tressel just plucked some "farm league phenom" that wouldn't have gone on to play somewhere else in the B1G.Tiernan;1221357 wrote:I never get on here anymore and I tried to find the archive from two years ago when I said Klein should "never see the field"...so to all the Licking Cnty Hill -Jacks that ripped me, let me say "I TOLD YOU SO!" Sometimes you see a player that gets high stars but you just don't see it.
It happens. Potential doesn't always mean they will pan out.
See taco charlton from pickerington. Dude didn't even start on his hs team last year. Yet he's a 4* recruit. BUT many that live in the area and watch him play, say he's nowhere near the player he's projected as.
