TUESDAY:
-Southview by 16 over A.W. Cougars may be a mediocre team, but that's plenty good enough against the Generals. AW may go o-for-the NLL this year.
-Springfield by 8 over Northview. Blue Devils may be biggest disappointment of the season, but should be OK in this one.
-Rossford by 1 over Maumee. Panthers beat Waite Saturday night (how?) but the Bulldogs find a way in a close contest. If Leahy is off, Maumee by 12.
-Perrysburg by 4 over BG. Would not have predicted this two weeks ago. If Boyce was coaching for BG, Bobcats by 12.

SATURDAY:
-Southview by 6 over Northview. Rivals put up a struggle but just can't get there against the Cougars.
-Springfield by 3 over Rossford. Blue Devils find the chemistry for one game. I'm a pessimist, so maybe I'm just thinking the 'Dogs have to lose sometime.
-Perrysburg by 22 over AW. Yellow Jackets are polite this time around and hold down the margin.
-Bowling Green by 4 over Maumee. If Bobcats lose this one, bye-bye season. BG just has too much personnel to let that happen

DEC. 15---
SOUTHVIEW 67, Anthony Wayne 49. Cougars will get better and finsih 3rd in the NLL.
SPRINGFIELD 60, Northview 55. If Blue Devils don't start winning it will be a very nasty season there.
MAUMEE 62, Rossford 60. Panthers are better than some want to acknowledge.
BOWLING GREEN 57, Perrysburg 52. Bobcats are at home and just have to win this one to have a chance at reaching their goals.
-----------------
DEC. 19---
SOUTHVIEW 71, Northview 60. Cougars keep winning. Northview will do the opposite most of the year.
ROSSOFRD 70, Springfield 65. Bulldogs can enjoy another win but the W's won't be as plentiful in the next two weeks after this one.
PERRYSBURG 77, Anthony Wayne 58. Closer than the last time but Generals are never in it.
BOWLING GREEN 66, Maumee 48. Bobcats fresh off Perrysburg win keep the big 'Mo" going.

I tend to agree with you, ross ford81 about the BG/ Maumee game. BG has to keep the hammer down and win the games they should win. they simply can't afford to throw games away.

Southview over A-W by 18...A-W has very little offense this season
Springfield over Northview by 15...Northview could slow this game doen and keep it close.
Maumee over Rossford by 5...Maumee utalized just about everyone in their win over Waite (8 players scored) If they keep playing like that they should do well.
Perrysburg over Bowling Green ** by 6...How can you pick against perrysburg they just continue to stay at the top year in and year out

Southview over Northview by 19...Another easy W for Southview.
Rossford over Springfield by 7...A lot closer game this time around and Someone else has to do the scoring for Rossford other then Leahy.
Perrysburg over A-W by 21...Easy Win, A-W is going to have a rough year.
Maumee over BG by 3...Maumee runs a D against Dible comparable to what NCAA teams do to Deibler for OSU and Nobody else can lead BG to a win.

NLLBest: It would be a huge mistake for Maumee to focus on one player vs. BG -- too many weapons. I think Maumee could win it, and if they do their season will keep going strong and BG's will plummet. I really think the game has those kinds of implications.

We welcome our newest player, "SVCougar1978", to the NLL Poll. We now have 13. Remember that entries for Tuesday's games close at 7:00 pm today and there is a lot of time for others to join us for the rest of the season!

Just wondering where folks are going tonight? There are some really intriguing games on tap. Not only in the NLL but all over NW Ohio. So.........Where will we find you this evening? I just can't resist the attraction of that game in Bowling Green. Past history and common sense says that Perrysburg wins. Some teams just seem to have other team's numbers, but they still have to play the game. I'm thinking it will be a great spectator game. I'm hoping so, anyway!

I totally agree with hookshot. I think BG has too much balance (potentially) to try to stop one of their players and be successful against them. Although they (BG) lost to Findlay, the big guy from Austria hit some shots and ended in double figures. I think you have to play the Bobcats pretty honestly to beat them. We shall see.

Rossford beats Maumee 68-64. Really good game the only real difference was Rossford shot about 14-20 from the line and Maumee went about 3-7.

How about those pesky Bulldogs?? They are now in a tie with the Yellowjackets for first place in the NLL!!!
Swamp Fox is still in first place, but BG didn't do him any favors. There are also two others who have moved into a tie with him for the lead and three more pollsters are within a single point...... and then there is ross ford81, who has only played for two of the three weeks and is only 3 out of the lead. Final results for this current week will be posted late Saturday night or early Sunday! We encourage anyone else who has an interest in the NLL to jump in with us and see how well you do. 7:00pm Saturday night is the next deadline for predictions for Saturday's games.
Six of our pollsters had a perfect slate Tuesday night to really tighten things up for Saturday.

Game time only about an hour away. I think we have gotten all the NLL fans currently on Freehuddle to participate in our poll, but if there are any more NLL fans that want to join us, you still have about 20 minutes. Things should be very tight at the top after tonight's games. Good luck, everyone!!!!
