The Master Cleanse is tough. But it's good stuff.

I have a friend who's in med school (osteopathic) who does it four times a year.

The best way to "cleanse" your body is to fast. Stop eating for 5-7 days and only drink water.

Most of the harmful toxins reside in your body fat, so the only way to get them out is to have your body use the fat as energy. Unfortunately, fat is usually the last thing your body wants to use as energy, so you'll have to fast for a longer period of time.

I hear that 6 to 8 White Castles (hold the pickle) and a 40 oz. of Schlitz Malt Liquor will have your body expelling toxins for at least a couple of days, for less than $10 a treatment.

Best cleanse i have ever done. Very gentle, no diarhea and replaces the bacteria the body needs with freeze dried probiotics. Dr. Oz has reccomended these probiotics over the others on the market
