Well yeah, but why are we drafting players that have connections? Draft players that have skill, and are going to be able to help us win.

Fuck Peyton Manning! If he let's that Judas punk bitch who plays for the CHeat coerce him to South Beach his career will be forever tainted. :D

I think that's a question we'd ALL like asked? Why hire Pat Shurmur when there were better options? Good old boy network...

That would kinda suck if Hillis went to the Steelers! They would have taken our best offensive player...

How are the Steelers going to afford more than 10 mil/3yr since that's what Hillis turned down with the Browns?

If Peyton takes a discount to play in pittsburgh, fuck him.

Talent wise he is average, so I don't see the big deal of him going...other than being a trader. Maybe he will drag their locker room down with his constant whining.

They are $10 million UNDER the cap. They can afford him.

Off topic but who was pimping that kicker from the Cowboys, David Buehler, like he was a future Hall of Famer last year? The Cowboys just released him.

Hillis had a great year in 2010, but was bound to fail after becoming the Madden cover boy. The Madden curse is real, folks. It's about time we all start voting for Steelers to grace the cover...

Flying out of Cleveland this morning.... I saw both Matt Flynn and Robert Meacham waliking towards the limo drivers and the limo drivers had thier names on the card they were holding up.

He will be taking a pay cut then. If the steelers allegedly offer him more, it would just be to raise his value.

Good riddance. The guy was a huge headache this season, and with the running style he employs, I can't see him being worth anything more than a 2 year deal.

Maybe he becomes one of their (Pittsburgh's) distractions?

I would hope. Any word on Mendenhall? Will he miss the entire season?

That's what I've heard. Something about a "sabbatical" to Afghanistan?

Ok, so Winston seems to be a top target by the Browns... IMO, they also ought to target one of the many DB's that has been released so that they can work on offense through the draft. Any favorable/reasonable targets?
