The creator of a thread can change the title, don't need to be a mod to do it.

its my understanding it focus' a lot on the coaching staff we had here, Belichick, Saban, Ferentz, Newsome, Lombardi, Pioli etc and where we would have been now had all these guys stuck together and the Browns stayed

Since we all know that Shurmur is gone.......do you think Haslam picks a coach or do you think Banner will get "his" guy?

The best part of the Everitt bandana incident was Browns fans sending him money to help pay his $5000 fine he got for wearing it.

Banner. Haslam seems like a smart guy, he is going to let the football people make the football decisions

do you guys think we will stay with the west coast offense? Someone from the Eagles? What are the odds we switch back to a 3-4 defense SMH :(

This team currently has the personnel to play blue collar smash mouth football. So, I say fuck the west coast. This team also has the personnel for a 4-3. So, I say fuck the 3-4.

IF we even entertain the idea to go back to the 3-4 I will go off......pretty much throws EVERYTHING down the drain that the team did the last 3 years to build up the defense with young guys for the 4-3 defense.

I could careless what we run on offense as long as we put the ball in the endzone!

I'm done with the 3-4. Too hard to scout, and we have a good def IMO right now. Be idiotic to switch.

Assuming that if they would move forward with the WCO, I could see an up & comer like Gruden's brother, Jay (Bengals OC), as a potential candidate.

The reason i brought up the coaching change and the change to a 3-4 was because one of the early names i keep hearing is Ray Horton, DC for Arizona and he runs a 3-4...just rumors though so take it for what it is worth
